"Traveller" - Adrian's 21st Gift

I thought I better put some more stuff up here, so here is a few more pieces I have done,  This ones called "traveller", its quite a large canvass, about 1200mmx1200mm It was given to my brother for a belated 21st gift from me and took quite some time to plan and complete. I gave it to him because he is a keen  traveler  and it's colours on a white background would (and do) go well with his dark feature wall.  This is stage 1 - the drawing of the outlines.  Keeping it in proportion was difficult ...  But it all got done with patience ..  I didn't want to separate the countries at their borders which are straight and rigid (and ugly) so I drew inspiration from heatmaps which eb and flow gradually and it really just flowed out onto the canvass. This was the quickest step, and I completed it in one sitting.   This is the completed work, up against his wall, above his bed.  "Traveller" [Watercolo...
